Social Media Account Manager
Social media is all about helping brands find a voice - a platform for them to engage with their customers and have conversations with the people who make them succeed. This top social media agency works with some awesome brands to help them do this - and they're looking to expand their team with an experienced account manager.
With clients across pharmaceutical, electronics and alcohol (amongst other industries), this agency is really well positioned to provide strategy, management and reporting to some of the biggest brand names around. With a growing team of professionals and funky office space, the agency is very sociable and definitely in it for the long haul, training up staff and progressing them through the ranks as much as humanly possible.
The Social Media Account Manager will be responsible for managing a few of the agency's clients, account and project managing the campaigns. This will include strategy, ideas brainstorming, community management and reporting. There is also a definite element of project management - producing costing estimates, timeframes and working with the developers and creatives to ensure that campaigns flow smoothly from idea conception to finalisation. There will also be some copywriting and content work so an ability to adapt tone of voice for each client is essential!
The Social Media Account Manager needs to be very client facing, able to get going from the word go, and happy to work in a small team, where ideas are shared and cooperation is key!
