An emergency medical services provider is looking for a Health Service Manager to be based in client’s office to run the health services program and manage the team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop the health services programs and operational procedures aligning with company’s objectives
- Identify and understand work related medical situations and provide supports
- Manage the case of employee disability and the risk of employee health
- Maintain the service quality given by the onsite health services coordinators
- Design and implement occupational health and safety training program
- Organize occupational health activities and primary care programs
- Manage and monitor the well-being room
- Execute ergonomic evaluation aiming at injury prevention, improving performance, safety and employee morale
- Ensure the absence program is implemented and documented accurately
- Provide medical support and health counseling
- Monitor the effectiveness of the reporting system, programs and services
- Maintain good relationship with local hospitals, healthcare and pharmaceutical companies
Requirements:
- Registered nurse with Wellness / Occupational Health Nurse professional experience
- At least 5 year Experience in large capacity with multi-national environment
- Able to handle emergent and high-pressure situation
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- Proficient in MS Office
