The Lead Designer will be someone like you maybe? who is adept in graphic design and web development and has an equally strong business sense.
Taking responsibility for the creative output of the European division with oversight of the creative team and quality control; the ideation, presentation and execution of client branding and marketing communications campaigns; the profitability, efficiency and creative quality of client projects, and the operational success of the creative team to fulfill our mission to be the leading vendor side, in-house creative agency specialising in contextual experiences achieving client objectives and delivering the best user experience possible.
So what are some of the day duties involve?
*Oversee day-to-day creative activities as EU Creative lead: Manage, field, and assign the EU creative team's day-to-day workflow and ensure all requests are attended too in a timely manner
*Maximise Dept Efficiencies: In-conjunction with Associate Creative Dir, Creative Director and Account lead, assure that creative output is on time, well designed, utilises time efficiently, on brand, adheres to approved product templates and is supported by a sound rationale.
*Optimise and Improve: Help analyse the creative team, environment, processes, technologies, etc., to determine areas needing improvement.
*Make things Happen: Liaise with other teams throughout the business to successfully roll out creative team, product and marketing initiatives.
*Consult with Sales: Accompany members of the sales team on client meetings and provide knowledgeable expertise for creative contextual advertising solutions.
