My client are clear leader in the European display advertising RTB sector. They have a start-up feel but are the subsidiary of a global powerhouse. Their technology is unrivalled in the space and they are now looking for a Head of Digital Ad Ops to lead their growing team.

What You'll Do
Reporting in to MD you will be responsible for overseeing the entire Ad Ops function for the business. You will line manage the central ad ops team, work with the UK & International sales team to develop perfect campaigns, and define the strategy and roadmap for all product roll outs. You will be in the senior management team involved in developing new products and you will be responsible for both the technology and commercial side of the ad operations function.
Who You'll Be
You'll obviously be an Ad Ops genius! You will have years of experience using a variety of ad serving technologies and a deep understanding of how digital media is traded. You will ideally have experience in RTB but if not you will certainly know how it works in theory.
