Having the commercial acumen to grow an agency within an agency, the successful candidate will be a hands-on manager with immense TTL creativity and a hunger to push boundaries at all times.
Owning projects from start to finish, the Entertainment Director will be fired up about getting under the skin of multiple different brands and getting stuck into campaign delivery. In addition, they will need to be a proven leader with experience of developing large teams, driving profitability and delivering winning pitches.
Taking an active role in project delivery, the ultimate goal is for the Entertainment Director to demonstrate consistent innovation to such a level that clients feel there is no other agency with access to the ideas and scale of activation experience that they can deliver.
