Technically you will have at least 3-4 years experience of working on a daily basis with .NET technologies like ASP and C#.
Other technologies are as follows.
Detailed understanding of web development with a clear focus on .NET technologies
*Educated to degree level or equivalent
*Substantial experience of the following:
*Microsoft .NET (ASP/C#) 2.0/3.5/4.0
*Microsoft SQL Server 2005/2008 - Administration & Development
*Object orientated programming and design
*Database modelling and design
*Source control (SVN/VSS/CVS)
*At least one commercial content management system (ideally EpiServer)
