Our client, a well-known UK market leader in b2b and b2c care solutions, requires a Marketing Project Coordinator to join this successful and growing global organisation. We are looking for a Marketing Project Coordinator with at least 6-12 months relevant marketing experience, as you will be expected to hit the ground running and be capable of managing your own workload to fulfil this short-term contract (please note that this role could be extended and even go permanent depending on business needs).
You will be responsible for assisting with a significant number of product launches, working closely with the sales and marketing teams to coordinate external and internal launch packs and create customer and sales training materials. In addition, you will be responsible for reporting/maintaining weekly project plan updates, arranging and attending meetings and providing solid all round day-to-day administration support ensuring that the marketing and sales team are fully supported and able to achieve maximum results and deliver projects within set time frames necessary to the business.
The ideal person will be a strong team player with superb organisational skills, good with processes and planning multiple projects, recording / monitoring ‘work in progress’ and have excellent administration/ communication skills. It is important that you have either intermediate or advanced PowerPoint experience or ideally some experience using design software packages (i.e. InDesign/Photoshop etc, (although this is not essential).
