Senior Producers are responsible for the smooth running of projects, ensuring they are delivered to the highest quality within agreed timings and costs, and providing constant input to the evolution and improvement of process.
You’ll be responsible for effective programme management across multiple eCRM projects and larger strategic campaigns for one of the key clients. The role requires a person who has a passion for the client’s business and delivering great work efficiently.
You’ll be expected to provide strong leadership and direction to project teams and Junior Producers, while overseeing the development of project scope and implementation.
As part of the role you are charged with ensuring clear lines of communication and managing internal and client expectations appropriately through all stages of delivery.
