Brand new, senior-level role at a leading ad-serving company. They have offices in central London and around the globe!
Historically, this company has operated a full-service trafficking solution for media agencies and has built a strong reputation for high service levels. They are now releasing a new campaign management interface for the digital media agencies and traffic companies who want to traffic and control digital campaigns by themselves - a "self serve" approach.
They are looking for someone to establish and lead a new "self serve" client team that will act as front-line support, handling all client training, client liaison, technical queries and some pre-sales support for pitching. The aim is to continue their high level of support for all clients; be it a self-serve or full-serve requirement.
The job will suit someone with solid experience in media agency or vendor-side digital ad operations. You'll have excellent interpersonal personal skills, an eye for detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
