
We are looking for an Online Fraud Manager for one of Britain's best loved retailers, In this role you'll be a subject matter expert able to represent the business function in ensuring the scope and business requirements for fraud are understood and agreed.
Responsible for managing third party fraud tools, third party relationship and two direct reports for the UK and international market you'll be responsible for developing fraud management techniques and processes to reduce cost and maximise sales for the business. Representing the business area in the solution design and delivery you'll work with delivery partners, business teams and IT to agree the work stream scope and strategy.
Your key accountabilities will be to set up an online fraud team with costs and performance clearly identified. Ensure Service Levels are monitored and managed at all times whilst coordinating the delivery of projects across internal and external functions.
As an expert in multi channel fraud you'll have the ability to influence sales through management of reject rates, and the ability to influence direct cost to the business through management of chargebacks.
The salary on this role is very competitive at £65K - £70K possible more for the right candidate plus Car, 30% Bonus and Benefits.
