Internal Communications Manager

You will:

*Be responsible for driving and innovating the development of cutting edge channels across the
group
*Project manage the group-wide employment survey, engaging HR, external suppliers, and
managing the creative process
*Act as an all-rounder, leading the delivery of meaningful communications, financial results and
major change
*Act as a champion for internal communications, working with leadership to promote the benefits of
good internal communications throughout the business
* Act as communications business partner to the CEO and 3 regional Managing Directors
*Deliver high quality written communications via several channels across online and offline
channels

This is perfect for a communicator with:

*Demonstrable experience of leading the full lifecycle of communications campaigns and contracts
*Exceptional writing skills
*Experience of Writing for multi-channels, inc. newsletters, intranets and CEO speeches/talking
points
*Previous experience of running employee engagement surveys across multi-sites and preferably
several countries
