THE COMPANY

My client is the new big thing in terms of social media. With brand new offices in central London they are a fast growing digital company working with the very latest social targeting, RTB and dynamic video technologies.

My client specialises in Social Targeting. Its technology platform analyses how users are connected across social platforms, enabling advertisers to target groups of like-minded connected users. Consumers are then shown ads that are more in-line with their interests and so have a greater affinity to the marketing message.

The company's technology is second to none and has ensured rapid growth for the company. Now is a perfect time to get involved and really make your mark!

THE ROLE

You will work closely with the rest of the Operation, Sales and Development teams to set up and deliver campaigns and provide excellent client service across all assigned accounts. You'll use your expert ad trafficking and campaign optimisation skills to ensure all runs smoothly, with your knowledge of ad technology and ad servers you will help drive practices around the use of data, and campaign management by the ad operations team. Ideally you will have experience within an ad server, ad-network and/or audience targeting environment, ideally with knowledge and use of DSP and RTB environments.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Be accountable for the set up and smooth delivery of all activity throughout a campaign.
Act as an escalation point for all Ad Ops queries.
Manage day-to-day campaign management and optimization.
Reporting and troubleshooting.
Launch new campaigns and monitor performance.
Regular communication with clients and agencies.
Identify opportunities for the innovation and improvement through the use of new technologies.

SKILLS
3+ years' experience in an ad ops function, preferably Agency / Network side, seasoned in campaign management and optimization.
Previous solid experience in major 3rd party ad serving platforms, e.g. Atlas, DFA/DFP, Mediamind, Mediaplex etc. including troubleshooting setup, discrepancies, rich media implementation
Experience in DSP/RTB environments such as Turn, Appnexus, Mediamath, RMX a benefit
Ideally you will have strong technical skills with a deep understanding of HTML, Javascript and Flash. SQL and programming experience is an advantage.
Good analytical and maths orientated mindset
Excellent Excel skills.
Educated to degree level preferably from an analytical discipline (Science /Maths/Engineering).
