The Role
Shopper marketing is responsible for bring UB brands to life in every retail environment and is currently seen as one of the most exciting and challenging places to be within United Biscuits. 2013 promises to be an exciting and rewarding time for the function. Within this role you will own the Shopper Marketing plan, identifying the tactics required to ensure overall objective delivery with the best ROI to United Biscuits. Be the channel and key account expert for UB, bringing the customer back into the organisation to improve future planning. You will be directly responsible for the development and implementation of Shopper Marketing programs and insights, ensuring plans support the delivery of business strategy and objectives. Your responsibilities will include: ·Execution of Shopper Marketing and NPD Plan ·Define the macro 2013 in-store execution plan on a range of marketing and category projects designed to deliver retail category growth ·Utilise shopper insights from shopper, consumer and category research to sell plan effectively to retailers ·Identify the impact and usage of retailer and other mechanics to deliver specific customer plans ·Develop and maintain strong internal relationships across key stakeholders Communicate success through thorough ROI and ensure learnings captured and used by team
The Individual
We are looking for a graduate calibre progressive individual, who is passionate about Shopper Marketing. You have a solid branded FMCG Shopper Marketing background, strong project management, relationship building, interpersonal and influencing skills. Customer facing experience within the retail multiples is also desirable.
