Technical Architect | London | up to £80,000
An all-round experienced Technical Architect who is highly skilled in all technical areas is required to lead a small team and carry out the main tech lead role on the digital implementation of projects.
This exciting position will see the Technical Architect become involved in all stages of any given project, from initial proposal or pitch stage through to delivery and implementation. Essentially, they will be the core to any digital project team, providing support and guidance as well as the technical expertise required to identify key talents in the members of their team.
Initially the Technical Architect will be involved at the proposal, pitch and planning stages, providing digital research and strategy work to contribute to sufficient project scope. Moving on to work with the development team, they will become involved at the specification phase, collaborating with other members of the project team to specify functional and technical elements of the project.
Key Responsibilities:
· Day-to-day line management of the development team
· Contribution to new business proposals/pitches
· Identifying tasks and deliverables for the project plan
· Time and budget management
· Leading or contributing to client and internal meetings
· Advising the Information Architect and Designer regarding the creation of site structure, wire frames, screen flows etc
This agency is looking for somebody who is fundamentally technically savvy and up to date on all the latest digital trends, who will also excel within a client facing interactive role. You will need to be a proven expert in technologies such as content management systems, PHP frameworks, process engineering and e-commerce platforms. You will also hold sound experience of Episerver, Open text and Sitecore with overall business/technical analyst skills that will knock people’s socks off.
