Account Director to join this full-service agency that has created an enviable set of credentials and a reputation for first-class client service and creative excellence.
The key function of this role is to contribute to the continual development of the agency, including direct responsibility for a range of the agency's key B2B accounts. You will ensure the provision of excellent standards of service to clients, paving the way for continued growth, expansion and profitability. An important part of this role will be creating and implementing 'winning' strategies for existing clients, and new business projects preparing pitches and presenting to clients in conjunction with MD. Suitable candidates will have gained their knowledge and expertise in an agency environment and will be comfortable operating at a senior level. In return, you will be working in an environment which encourages and rewards individuals who are able to provide that rare combination of creativity and strategic vision. As a person, you will be hands-on, able to offer a fresh and vibrant approach to the business, with excellent communication skills; previous experience managing a team is essential. In addition you will have a good level and understanding of digital marketing along with experience of 'all round' strategic marketing, including traditional work such as developing and producing brochures and advertising collateral.
