An accomplished Marketing Manager with proven experience of working within trade or customer marketing, it is likely that you are of graduate calibre. You will have ideally spent time within a sales environment and be able to demonstrate success in delivering marketing projects that deliver growth, and are executed to a high standard, on time and to budget. You will have a strong leadership background and possess excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation and influencing skills as the role involves a great deal of contact with internal colleagues and external customer or supplier contacts.
As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for creating, delivering and evaluating marketing plans and activities, selling tools or promotional activity. This will involve working with customers on bespoke marketing projects that support their growth and sharing insight and solutions that are relevant to their business objectives. You will also support national account teams with the development of propositions for key new tender opportunities and develop channel strategies, plans and budgets that unlock growth potential for customers in those channels.
