To identify and develop the future strategic propositions to drive customer loyalty across the Tesco Group creating a strong brand image that fits in with our aims and values

 

 

What you’ll deliver

 

 

  • Deliver new Group capabilities that give countries products which drive improved customer loyalty
  • Deliver the roadmap that defines the priorities and plans of the Group capabilities that will be built
  • Work with the Markets to deliver trials and pilots to test, learn and demonstrate the new group capabilities
  • Share learning across the Tesco Group to ensure rapid learning, up skilling and understanding
  • Listen to, advise, and take requirements from our marketing teams and other functional stakeholders across the Group and in all our different Business Units for new products, tools and capabilities
  • Continually review latest global trends and activities in customer loyalty and am the ‘go to’ person in the business
  • Ensure my team is up to date on loyalty market developments
  • Understand the fast changing external environment in this area through external networking

How you’ll do it

  • Working with my Director, help shape and define Tesco’s future loyalty strategy
  • Identify and develop customer propositions that will drive loyalty across the Tesco Group
  • Run trials on potential future loyalty initiatives and share learnings across countries and business units
  • Share learning across the Tesco Group on what activities drive loyalty and why
  • Where necessary lead projects to build Group capability to support countries in growing customer loyalty
  • Be an ‘internal consultant’ to directors who want to improve Loyalty within their businesses
  • Engage Marketing, Commercial and Retail Directors from across Tesco business units and countries on how their function can they help to grow the number of loyal customers and improve retention of loyal customer in their businesses.
  • Monitor developments and future trends in customer loyalty and retention within the market, and build this into Tesco’s loyalty strategy
  • Manage a team of WL2 Project Managers
