THE COMPANY
This high profile national charity is looking for a CRM and Analytics Manager to lead a small team providing detailed campaign support and analysis for all major direct marketing activities within the charity. This role has also responsibility for managing data quality to maximise efficiency and revenue opportunities and provides technical guidance to the wider Insight Team.
THE ROLE
The successful hire MUST have
- in-depth knowledge of CRM and of relational databases
- Advanced skills in various software packages including Mosaic and SPSS
- excellent strategic expertise and be equally able to roll up the sleeves, inspire the team and to make things happen
- very strong stakeholder management skills with outstanding communications skills (oral and written)
YOU
- With a love of facts and figures, you're a very experienced CRM and data analysis expert with solid experience and up-to-the-minute know-how.
- You'll have a good knowledge of market research, intelligence and analysis, but, more importantly, you'll be able to advise us on how to use it to best communicate with new and existing supporters.
- You have first-class communication skills and also the know-how and enthusiasm to engage, influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels and the ability to explain complex matters in a way that non-technical people can understand.
- You have excellent strategic expertise and are equally able to roll up the sleeves, inspire the team and to make things happen.
- You also bring advanced skills in various software packages including Mosaic and SPSS.
