Social Media Analyst, Staffordshire, £32k + bonus

One of the UK`s leading retailers within its field is currently on the lookout for a talented Social Media Analyst to join their busy head office.

Joining the web team and reporting to the Social Media Strategist, the role will involve delivering insightful and detailed analysis across all social media channels in order to impact and shape future marketing activities and engagement strategies.

Key responsibilities will include…
 Reporting on and analysing social media marketing campaigns and trends
 Understanding customer interaction and behaviour across multiple social media and online marketing channels
 Shaping future campaign activity using data and insight to inform decisions
 Helping to define the overall social media KPIs and ensuring these align with business objectives
 Working closely with both the finance and content teams to understand the impact of social media
 Working with senior management to ensure all social media activity is tracked correctly
 Making suggestions to aid the build and delivery of social media campaigns
 Establishing a regular social media report to be distributed to multiple internal stakeholders
 Monitoring and reporting on key industry and customer data

The ideal candidate will be degree-educated with strong social media experience, preferably gained within an e-commerce or retail-focused role. They will have a highly-numerical mind set, previous experience using online analytics packages and a solid understanding of social media or multi-channel reporting. Experience using social media monitoring platforms is essential.
