Senior Search Analyst
Up to £29k plus benefits dependant on experience

This award-winning Search team has continued its winning streak throughout 2011/2012 and you will be joining a department which is an area of massive growth within the agency, based in London who work across over 35 clients, both UK and international, each with different levels of experience and media expertise giving the department a truly cosmopolitan feel.
Over the last 18 months they have built one of the largest and most skilled search teams in the UK and take great care of their people by providing the most up-to-date and bespoke search training. Not only do they have a specific Learning & Development programme for all search specialists, but also have a Search Graduate Training Programme in place.

SENIOR SEARCH ANALYST
* A new opportunity has opened up in the Activation Team; part of the PPC department. You'll be working on some of the most dynamic and exciting brands in the agency, leading the day to day delivery and optimisation across several verticals, including food and entertainment.
* You'll be working across various biddable media channels, including PPC, Google Display Network, Youtube Promoted Videos, Youtube True View ads.
* This role focuses delivering best in class campaign execution, optimization and analysis, working alongside PPC Client teams to develop the account strategy and development plans. You will be working across a variety of clients and markets, covering 3 main clients (UK & EMEA), These clients are a blend of DR and Branding KPI's so experience across both disciplines is desirable and experience in DR is a must.
SENIOR SEARCH ANALYST
*This role needs someone with solid PPC experience, at least 2 years from an agency environment, looking to step up.
*You will be working across a variety of campaigns at the same time, organisation and effective communication are fundamental requisites for this role.
*Hands-on PPC experience and willingness to get your hands dirty is a must. You will also have had hands-on experience and proven working knowledge of bid management tools and Google products.
*You will have had experience of at least one campaign management & bid management technology (e.g. DFA/Dart, Marin, Kenshoo, IgnitionOne). You will have set-up and managed PPC accounts and content campaign on the Google Display Network.
*You will be able to think outside the box and be comfortable challenging the convention. You consider yourself a persuasive person with sharp presentation skills; both to convince clients and other parties of your recommendations on strategy.
* A genuine passion for search and an analytical mindset are essential.
