Based in Enfield, our client is the ethnic foods division of a major FMCG company. They are looking for a Brand Manager who has a real passion for ethnic food to drive brand growth and profitability. If you are a self-starter with a hands-on approach who is willing and ready to get stuck in then this role may be for you.
As Brand Manager you will drive brand growth and profitability through the planning, implementation and evaluation of the product, price and promotion strategies in line with business ambitions and targets. You will have a strong commercial understanding and consumer focus with proven implementation and analytical skills. A great communicator, you will have responsibility for engaging and involving with the key internal and external stakeholders on brand activity.
To be considered for this exciting Brand Manager role you will need the following:
*UK Degree or equivalent
*Genuine interest in UK ethnic market
*Solid experience in developing and implementing brand plans
*Strong commercial understanding and consumer focus with proven implementation and analytical skills
*Familiar with the development of consumer insight through research, market/category analysis and competitor reviews
*Proven experience in working with and managing marketing agencies
*Experience of NPD from concept to launch would be a bonus
