
Great new Digital Account Director role at a cool mid-sized digital marketing agency, based in Central London. Salary to £50K
They need an AD level candidate;
Proven ability to "sell" digital at high levels within organisations
Management of people
"social" clients so ability and desire to entertain in and outside of work hours is a must. Lunches, dinners, premieres, screenings are all part of the role.
The Digital Account Director sits on the client service team, within this full service agency with a global footprint - the London office focuses on strategy, engagement, creative and analytics.
What they really want is someone who can help clients firstly identify and then solve their business problems, without trying to shoehorn in something completely inappropriate.
Current client work is spread across Entertainment, Retail, Financial Services and Alcohol.
Responsibilities will include:
Managing a global digital account for a leading beer brand
Having at least one direct report and up to three indirect reports
Building relationships with key clients
Being accountable for client targets for the financial year
Working on new business opportunities alongside the senior management team
Mentoring junior members of staff
Required skills:

Experience across SEO, PPC, Mobile, Dev, Social and Display
An ability to take yourself not-so-seriously
Knowledge of top level client PnL and forecasting
An outgoing, self-motivated and confident personality
