I am looking for a Technical Operations Manager to join a charity on a permanent basis. Because they are a charity they don't have a great deal of money so looking for someone who would be able to take £28-34k but you will also get a £9k job premium on top as well as very decent benefits.
The role is essentially a technical project manager who will be involved heavily with the digital projects in a technical sense. Ensuring they are always kept within and up to the company's standards.
You will work closely with ICT, Marketing Data and Analysis as well as the strategic teams to aid with vision and technical input.
This role involves a small amount of hands-on involvement but is predominantly about managing third party agencies and freelancer developers to deliver on time and within budget.
The role will see you keeping tabs on the website, ensuring it is functioning properly at all times. The online donations section is key to this charity so this will be a large part of the role in making sure everything is in working order.
You will ideally come from a development background, so able to code and are now a PM with good people and communication skills to be the go between for the digital team.
