My client is looking for a data driven strategic business/marketing analyst to join their analytics team. The role is pivotal to company growth and both analysis and insights are central to all company decisions. We are looking for a passionate marketing evangelist to help drive awareness of this truly revolutionary product.
The Role
We are looking for a highly numerate candidate ideally from either an ecommerce background, consulting firm or digital agency. You will be adept at unlocking insights from raw data to produce strategic insight
We are looking for candidates with 5-7 years experience and your key areas of responsibility are as follows:
- Advanced mastery of Excel (Level 3, pivot table and large data sets)
- Experience of measuring the following financial and performance metrics: Payback, ROI, NPV, IRR, LTV
- Exceptional communicator, someone who is confident at presenting findings to the Leadership Team
- Ability to interpret customer business needs and translate them into operational requirements
- Product performance and evaluation reporting (e.g ROI of Facebook integration)
The Candidate
We are looking for an experienced competent data expert who is also tenacious, creative and curious. We need someone who is highly numerate educated to degree level in a relevant subject with a strong writing style.
Other key attributes that we are looking for are as follows:
- Ability to unlock insights and tell a fantastic and incredibly useful story via the data
- Experience of working within the ecommerce field would be beneficial
- An analyst able to create and manipulate their own spreadsheets
- Confident communicator who can extrapolate insight from the data and then present findings to senior stakeholders
- Sound knowledge of web analytics
- Commercial modelling and SQL database experience would be a distinct advantage.
