You will be working closely with a Creative Director in New York to lead the design process on a range of web, social and mobile experiences that will be enjoyed by millions of music fans around the world. You will be responsible for leading the concept development and pitch process, whilst also leading the production of beautifully crafted visual designs and ensure the team's overall output is meeting your high standards. It is essential you have the ability to adapt to rapid project lifecycles, ever changing briefs and high expectation levels, so previous experience within an agency or a major online brand is essential.
You're going to need to an expert command of the Adobe CS5 suite and all supporting graphic design programs, combined with a meticulous attention to detail and a solid understanding of typography, white space and colour theory. The standout candidate will also have examples of more unconventional interactive design processes and methodologies, coupled with a passion for emerging technologies like HTML5.
