The Role
Responsible for managing the Account team in the day-to-day delivery of campaigns across award winning accounts. Work within a fast-paced environment, ensuring that work is on brief, on time and profitable. Provide support and development opportunities to help team members.
Key Skills
*Knowledge and experience of wider media channels
*Graduate calibre with min 4-5 years agency experience
*Good understanding of the agency/creative/production processes
*Confident, ambitious and energetic with initiative and a persuasive manner
*Highly organised, ability to work to deadlines and ability to delegate as required
*Confident, diligent and self-motivated with first-class attention to detail
*Effective written communication, presentation skills and negotiation skills
*Ability to make decisions with some guidance where necessary and ability to take the steps to resolve problems quickly and effectively.
*Tact, diplomacy, maturity in relating and interacting with people at all levels
