Reporting to the Head of Production, the Creative Digital Producer will work with creative, UX and developer teams to deliver multiple campaigns - from advertising campaigns to interactive video - to time and budget. Working across a wide variety of digital formats, as well as occasional non-digital formats, you'll be passionate about producing the highest quality creative work.
Responsibilities include:
*Lead creative work to deliver end-to-end campaigns across a wide variety of digital formats
*Collaborate with Account teams to define project scope and specification and produce detailed plans, timelines and budgets
*Act as liaison between Creative, Editorial and Technology teams to facilitate workflow and co-ordinate appropriate resources
*Organise and attend project meetings, produce status reports, manage milestones and approvals, and facilitate post-project reviews
*Liaise with external partners and suppliers to source estimates and specifications and manage delivery
*Work with the Head of Production to build and implement an agency-wide resource management system
*Work with HR to build the creative freelance database and identify any skills gaps among in-house teams
Superb project management skills and a highly developed eye for creative are essential to this role, as is solid experience working in a busy digital or advertising agency environment. An interest in digital products and platforms and a good knowledge of digital production process are also essential. You should also have experience sourcing and managing creative suppliers.
