Our Client, an international leader in the manufacturing sector with a reputation for first class product development, is currently searching for an exceptional Group Marketing Director to provide strong commercial strategy.
The successful Group Marketing Director will be ultimately responsible for the planning, development and implementation of an effective business plan, ensuring an increase in sales and maximisation of profits. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the Group Marketing Director will only be able to make solid recommendations on marketing strategy if a pre existing understanding of the industry is present. Therefore, my Client has a preference for a candidate to have had strong product management experience within the manufacturing or chemical industries earlier in their career. Vital is an in depth understanding of the industries sales processes and channels to market.
Requirements:
Prior experience at Director or Head Of level, within the same industry sector
Technical understanding of manufacturing processes and channels to market
Preferably experience with a global, multi site organisation
