Global organisation within entertainment and leisure is looking for a Senior Interaction designer to create innovative and future thinking user experience products, across multiple interfaces, at their hi-tech West London office.

Responsibilities:
Running creative workshops and collaborating across teams to define product vision and direction, with particular focus on mobile projects
Mentoring junior Interaction Designers and planning workloads accordingly
Collaborating with the User Experience team to plan and execute innovative research, using this
research to drive user-centered design.
Crafting information architecture, site maps, sketches, wireframes, prototypes and user flows
Collaborating with visual designers, developers and product owners to maximise the efficiency of work-flow between development and design in an agile environment
Work closely with senior stakeholders to design strategy and thought leadership
Experience:
Proven experience in a similar role
Stakeholder and project management expertise
Experience planning and mentoring the work of other designers
Thorough experience with prototyping and design tools (e.g. Axure, Adobe Creative Suite, Omnigraffle...)
Solid knowledge of interaction design for web, and more importantly, mobile and tablet.
Comfortable conducting User Research
Experience of UX within an Agile environment
A deep, thorough understanding of all things UX - an expert in UCD and UX best practices, across multiple platforms.
