Our fundraising team are looking for an experienced and proactive data or campaigns analyst to provide high quality data insight and analysis for our fundraising campaigns.
In this key role, reporting to the Group Manager – Individual Giving, you will develop and maintain both routine reports and one off analysis campaigns across our £15m a year fundraising portfolio including Individual Giving, Partnerships and Community and Events. You will be responsible for educating and informing colleagues on the significance of your analysis, and for making recommendations for development and refinements to make future campaigns more effective.
Experienced in providing critical analysis to deadlines using CRM databases, you will have sound knowledge of data mining and statistical techniques and the ability to communicate clearly with non technical colleagues. You will also have experience of implementing customer or supporter segmentation processes for database marketing purposes.
