Polish CRM Manager
London - £25K to £28k plus guaranteed bonus and benefits.
A Polish native speaking CRM/email marketing professional is needed for a extremely successfully & growing EMEA business. The role will play a critical part in the CRM team, as the Polish CRM Manager you will be responsible for implementing the businesses CRM strategy and then managing your own local based projects in Poland.
The Polish CRM Manager will be responsible for:
- Adapting & implementing the businesses CRM plans for the Polish markets. (Main objective to increase CLV).
- Develop local and/or targeted CRM campaigns using available channels (created & managed yourself!).
- Implementation of segmented CRM campaigns for activation, reactivation & retention of existing Polish customers across all my clients' products.
- Cross sell & up-sell products current customers do not use.
- On-going analysis of market competition, customer insight & trends.
- Ad-hoc translation of campaigns & documents.
The Polish CRM Manager must have experience of:
- Delivering direct marketing/CRM campaigns through either client side/agency roles.
- Native Polish speaker with fluency in English.
- Accurate translation abilities as you will be copywriting for the Polish market in the above campaigns.
- An interest in sports is an absolute must!!!
