Swedish VIP Manager
London - £28K to £30K plus bonus and benefits.
A Swedish native speaking customer service focused professional is needed for an extremely successfully & growing EMEA business. The role will play a critical part in the VIP customer team, as the Swedish VIP Manager you will be responsible for some of the highest spending customers of the business in Sweden, one of their core markets.
The Swedish VIP Manager will be responsible for:
- Build strong relationships with VIP customers.
- Provide industry leading customer service tailored to the needs of the VIP customers.
- Continually monitor individual customers' game play.
- Ensure bonuses, gifts and/or hospitality invitations are offered at agreed timescales & in line with VIP customer needs.
- Handle VIP customer queries & complaints in order to provide a personal & competition beating service.
- Ensure Swedish marketing campaigns aimed (or that include) VIP's are generated in a timely manner.
- Ensure campaigns results are monitored and that recommendations are forwarded timely & efficiently to senior management.
The Swedish VIP Manager must have experience of:
- Customer service &/Or VIP management in the iGaming market.
- Native Swedish with fluency in English.
- Be passionate about sports or iGaming products.
- Using your interpersonal skills to create long-lasting professional working relationships.
