Middle Weight Designer - Central London - £30K
My client is an exciting and relatively new integrated brand, marketing and communications agency. Their work spans branding, campaign, DM, viral, outdoor, experiential, print, digital and social media, and are an agency that are happy to push clients, challenging them to go with inspiring ideas.
The CD is an incredibly nice guy, really warm and easy going, but bright, passionate and articulate. He's looking for Middle Weights who have great ideas and strong execution, someone who can think across platforms and isn't afraid of speaking up!
The key day to day tasks of this Middle Weight Designer will include:
*Interpretation of briefs through creative brainstorming.
*Represent the Team Leader when needed at client meetings or internal meetings.
*Maintaining strong client agency relationship.
*Development of conceptual ideas through to delivery
In terms of your skills, as a Middle Weight Designer you should be used to being actively involved in the creation of concepts, managing work flow and taking projects through to delivery.
Your key attributes would be:
*Past agency experience as a Middle Weight Designer.
*Creatively minded, able to forge strong concepts coupled with beautiful styling.
*Ability to manage a branding project from concept through to delivery.
*Experience of presenting work and concepts with confidence and self assurance.
