As Customer Engagement Manager, you will take responsibility for a membership programme for a leading UK online brand; working to add value to member's experience and their interaction with the brand. With a clear focus on growing value, you will seek to acquire new members, and look at the proposition for why members should and do interact.
Taking responsibility for an online CRM programme, you will also work to oversee events and corporate engagements, maximising online content to be shared across video, image and dynamic copy. You will work across all marketing channels to grow wider knowledge of the membership scheme, helping build the acquisition side of this role, while constantly striving to enhance the customer experience online, via mobile and through exclusive events.
Taking P&L ownership for the membership scheme, you will manage a small team and have business ownership for this part of the overall organisation.
Of graduate calibre, you will have clear and recent experience of managing a membership programme across both online and traditional channels, including events. A strong CRM focus and excellent working knowledge of email marketing to a diverse customer base is essential. With an appreciation of both luxury and mainstream, you will have the ability to engage stakeholders from the ground up. You will be a pro-active self-starter with a clear and concise communication style.
