Our client is a leading healthcare company which has operations across the region. They are currently looking for a Business Development manager to manage the growth of their business in Malaysia.
Reporting directly to the Asia Regional Director, you will be responsible for developing the business opportunities for the company's existing network of stores. You will be accountable for managing the P&L and overseeing the training development of all Customer Services Staff. You are also to ensure that all operational procedures are in place and compliant with the company's brand. You will be in charge of planning and directing all country marketing activities with the assistance of the headquarter team.
To qualify, individual must possess:
- Minimum 5-8 years of in business development and marketing management experience at retail industry ( preferred healthcare or lifestyle related retail)
- Proven record of retail store management
- Team player with excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Self motivated and cheerful deposition with positive attitude
