User Experience Consultant
The agency has several large FMCG clients who are currently undergoing brand repositioning and over the next few months there will be a requirement for the digital presences to be refreshed to reflect their new positioning. This is great opportunity to look at the site as a whole and get rid of anything that doesn't work. The User Experience Consultant will have a solid understanding of how to map out a clients digital ecosystems and be clear on defining the roles of each of the platforms should take and how they need to interlink.
They need a User Experience Consultant who does more than just wire-frames and site-maps. They would expect a UX to work as part of a craft team and to be very much involved in the entire process as the job moves from initial planning through concepting and design and into build so that the user experience is always being considered.
You would bring best practice UX knowledge of how to apply behavioural economics and implement choice architecture to nudge users down to the path they want them to take.
They need a User Experience Consultant to start ASAP for 3 weeks initially but could be longer.
