
This is a superb opportunity for a Senior Market Research Manager to join the Global Marketplace Insight's team of a Premium Global Financial Services company.
You will work with multiple teams, globally but mainly in EMEA and theUSto translate business needs into research objectives, work with research vendors to lead a range of ad hoc qualitative and quantitative projects, integrate findings with secondary data and deliver results that inform key business decisions.
In addition, you will be required to communicate effectively across all levels, framing business issues making sure everyone on the team understands how best to address them through research. You will work with a very high caliber of research managers in a highly collaborative and dynamic environment. As such this position requires top talent to become part of this iconic brand to keep this momentum going.
To be considered for this role you will posses the ability to design, manage and analyze all types of tactical market research, with strong experience in complex tracking studies. You will also be able to design, manage and analyze more complex, strategic market research and be able to work flexibly with colleagues, partners and vendors across different time-zones. You need to have basic knowledge of complex multivariate and modeling techniques (e.g. segmentation, discrete choice, regression modeling) - and be able to guide, understand and analyze vendor output. The type of person that will excel in this role will be someone who is comfortable being "irritatingly objective", able to integrate primary, secondary, CI and internal information into reports and able to provide actionable recommendations as a result of integrations efforts. A research degree or equivalent is desirable as is a strong financial services background.
