Senior Customer Engagement Manager,£40 000- £45 000 + benefits, South West

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Customer Engagement Manager, Our client an exciting business undergoing a period of growth, are currently looking for a Senior Customer Engagement Manager to join their thriving marketing team. This is a fresh opportunity to join a well known organisation.

Key responsibilities will include.......

-Responsibility to manage and develop the Communications Executive
-Create and implement a CRM strategy across existing channels
-Improve the customer experience and therefore increase advocacy
-Working with the Head of Customer Engagement and Communications and the Head of Digital, you will identify new channels to interact with customers; this includes implementing an email marketing platform
-Identify gaps in there existing processes, customer-facing tools and communications and find ways to improve them to increase retention rates
- Work with the Market Research and Customer Insight Manager to use resultsof customer segmentation profiling to personalise content and achieve a higher response rate in email marketing, improved click throughs and increased usage of self-service tools
-Brief and manage agencies to deliver creative to support campaigns
The ideal candidate will be someone who is commercially aware and worked in a similar role previously.
