Now they are seeking a talented, competent Business Retention Manager to initiate, lead and manage activities that improve the persistency of agreed products.
THE ROLE
The responsibilities of the Business Retention Manager include:
*Initiate, lead and align activities across Customer Services, Distribution, Marketing, Customer Communications, Product, Pricing and Actuarial to improve the persistency of agreed products across the Savings business
*Develop insight that enables identification and prioritisation of activities ensuring that appropriate MI is in place to develop business cases and to monitor the effectiveness of retention initiatives
*Drive continuous improvement towards a 'best in class' retention capability across Savings business units by developing customer and market insight, benchmarking and sharing best practice
YOU
Driven but with an excellent attention to detail you will have a broad understanding of economic and political issues and changes facing the industry and the ability to make recommendations and drive the retention strategy forward. Key requirements for this Business Retention Manager position are as follows:
*A proven track record in business retention within the financial services industry
*Knowledge and understanding of the FSA Handbook and the Financial Services Act and Data Protection Act
*Fully competent in business case development and the commercial dynamics of Savings businesses
*Experience of initiating and achieving sustained change in order to increase customer retention and improve persistency
