This leading online video platform provider has a market disrupting technology and offers a range of bolt on services and solutions aimed at providing end users with a flexible and adaptable digital content management system. At the forefront of their industry they have a loyal client base and unique product offering, offering a fast paced and well supported operation this is a great opportunity to join a world class team.


They are now seeking a a Senior Sales Manager to join their growing team and to target their Media vertical in the EMEA territory. This position is essential to growing their UK operation and further consolidating their presence in the European market. This is a hands-on and dynamic role, that will be focused on targeting broadcasters, publishers, portals, content owners. The focus of the job will be direct sales and business development and will involve extensive European travel and the opportunity to target market leading companies at the highest level.


Responsibilities:


Create and develop a sales pipeline and manage the associated metrics and communications.
Strategically identify, target, and close new Media accounts.
Manage a complex, enterprise focused solution sale with a 3-9 month sales cycle.
Being the face of their organisation and increasing market penetration through successful use of sales activities, phone, online and face to face.
Leveraging the companyÕs mission and reputation to successfully establish a presence in the European market.
The ideal candidate will possess the following key attributes:


University degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Business Computer Science, Technology, Media, or associated discipline.
A track record of successful sales, ideally within Digital Services or Broadcast Technologies space or alternatively with media/content platforms.
A history of exceeding and delivering on revenue targets.
A proven ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced entrepreneurial start-up in which self motivation and initiative is essential.
A strong technical knowledge and appreciation.
This position is ideally suited to someone looking to further develop a successful sales career with a company at the leading edge of the technology curve providing a market disrupting product and an exciting meritocratic environment.
