Senior Account Manager - Digital
An exciting and successful independent marketing agency specialising in the automotive and telecoms sector with an impressive portfolio of loyal blue chip clients. Their digital work includes business applications, websites, CRM and incentive programmes and email campaigns. With a fun and hardworking culture, this agency is keen to progress its people and is currently looking for a digital Senior Account Manager to join the team.
As Senior Account Manager, you will be an integral member of the digital team, being the lead client contact on key B2B projects, responsible for building and developing good internal and external relationships and actively growing existing and new business. Your specific skills will include:
Tackling a client's business or communications challenge and proposing suitable solutions
Project managing the build of applications, with a focus on end user needs
Understanding audience segments and requirements for content personalisation
Coordinating creative, development and other team members to deliver a project end to end
Managing and undertaking thorough UAT testing.
You will have a passion for digital solutions and have a proven track record in managing web projects from concept to delivery (intranet, extranet, micro sites with a variety of purposes and functionality) and broad experience of B2B and channel marketing. You will thrive on managing multiple projects and workloads - achieving quality results on budget and to tight deadlines with experience in a similar position within an agency. Experience of automotive or telecoms sector would be a bonus.
