1st Line Support
The 1st Line Support deals with all internal IT issues either by telephone, email or face-to-face.
Duties include: Assist the senior IT staff, act as a first point of contact for IT issues, provide desktop support to Winchester office and remote support to other offices and site, and install new IT equipment and software.
You must be confident with the following:
·Diagnosis of hardware and software faults
·Windows Vista / Windows 7
·Microsoft Office
