THE COMPANY
Our client is a investments strategies and solutions organisation who are looking to recruit a Communication Specialist to identify, develop and execute a global communications strategy, messaging and approach that ensures information is regularly communicated to the company's Global Voice.
THE ROLE
A proactive multi-tasker and self motivated the Communication Specialist is a key enabler responsible for delivering transparency and understanding of the Global Voice teams' deployed products and solutions, as well as providing critical and timely updates on Project, Product and Security. Responsibilities will include:
*Align strategic direction and objectives of communications with global Voice strategy and ensure implementation.
*Ensure the Global Voice Products and People strategies are broadly communicated and understood across Voice globally using all channels.
*Proactively identify and relate Global Voice success stories
*Support Global Voice thought leadership by writing and editing internal communications, and also support external communication activities (e.g. launch events, external speeches, round tables, articles, media releases).
*Promote a forward thinking culture across the organisation
*Utilise and incorporate change management communication concepts and methods.
*Evaluate and implement new communication channels and media outlets as part of the broader communication strategy
YOU
Working within a challenging and dynamic working environment as Communications Specialist you will be highly capable of delivering quality output on time and to budget. Further requirements are:
*A proven track record in running marketing and communications (including understanding new channels such as social media) for a major business
*A deep understanding of Voice technology and involved components
*Awareness of industry developments and market to ensure communication is kept up to date and on target
*Experience in establishing and maintaining senior level communication channels with regional teams, stakeholders and strategic vendors
