We provide a range of business-critical, data-led services including: online research, search engine optimisation, social media attraction, online skills training, and hosting Europe's largest online recruitment conference.
You would be joining a team that has grown from 3 people to 20 in the past 3 years and is investing to grow to 40 people within the next 2 years. The work is varied, often pressurised, and always challenging and rewarding.
You will join in a senior position within the business with no ceiling on your career development and the very real opportunity to influence services, clients and the strategic direction of the business.
Reporting into client director / project director with regular input to the MD you will be running a portfolio of market leading clients inc Boots, Nestle, Post Office, Virgin Atlantic.
You will be responsible for the translating the client strategy and commercial requirements into the work we deliver and you will plan work for clients across a wide range of social media and across other services such as PPC, SEO, research and analytics.
Liaising with a team of 6 social media delivery professionals (plus other delivery teams as required) you will act as the client representative internally assuring quality and imagination within our delivery services.
You will have full support through our admin function as well as directly managing an account manager who will support you in your work.
Part of your remit will be to use vision and inventiveness to help develop the companies services and to help the team and business reach the 2 year goal of doubling in size.

At least 3 years account management experience.
Social media or digital experience of at least 2 years.
Simultaneously managed 10+ clients.
Extensive client facing experience including presentations, briefings and reporting.
Extensive client document production experience: proposals, reports, updates etc.
Extensive commercial understanding and ability to talk in terms of return on investment for digital services.
Client relationship building skills, persuasion skills and the ability to spot an opportunity for the client and for our business.
Client strategy and work planning experience and expertise
Up to date technical social media knowledge
Content-led / PR / marketing-led strategy experience
Bright and imaginative
Commutable to Woking
Ideally Team management and work allocation experience
Ideally recruitment industry knowledge / experience
Ideally wide digital PM/AM experience (PPC, websites, online advertising, PR)
