This leading company within the hospitality/leisure sector, which is responsible for some of the nation's most successful restaurant brands is looking for an E-CRM Executive to join their busy team.
As E-CRM Executive you will support the E-CRM Manager by briefing, creating and sending out emails, a minimum one per week, to drive revenue and sales. This will include end to end processing, managing the agencies, signing off creative and managing the campaigns from beginning to end. Data segmentation to target customers accurately will play an important part in this role as will combining feedback and approval from all stakeholders.
To be considered for this E-CRM Executive role you will need the following skills and attributes:
*Good experience of the "nuts and bolts" of a working email delivery process
*Strong understanding of email customer metrics
*Solid experience of email broadcasting systems and response driven consumer promotions
*Proven understanding of E-CRM customer communications channels and marketing practices
