Social Media Manager will be working client side within the marketing department which has a broad remit that touches upon all areas of the business: client relationships, the work, the environment in the office and the agency's reputation.
Social Media manager must be able to talk promotions, delivery, audience and evaluation. You will be required to take a brief and create a structured response detailing all communications channels, messaging, and campaign promotions over a period of time.
The Social Media Manager will have knowledge of :
Buzz monitoring
Planning communications solutions for marketing briefs.
Running all elements of key campaigns - including online PR, seeding, WoM, and other digital marketing activities.
Negotiating the placement of content on third party sites, and instructing junior members of the team on best practice in this area.
Devising new and dynamic marketing ideas that generate promotion, data-capture and revenue.
Leading and contributing in brainstorm sessions
Attending client meetings, manage key client relationships, present proposals, etc.
Managing members of the marketing team including managers and executives.
