My client is a large player in the global publishing industry, with offices all over the world. They are widely known for developing big name brand partnerships, and have won awards for their cutting edge initiatives.
The Agency Sales team focuses on developing and managing new commercial opportunities for all digital platforms and brands. A core component of the digital strategy is to form partnerships with relevant 3rd parties in order add brand, strategic and commercial value to the portfolio.
Working on agency / brand specific pods, the successful candidate will:
- Assist in the development of creative commercial partnership strategies for websites and brands
- Identify suitable partners to approach and open discussions
- Liaise with new partners on contract negotiation, development of operational processes and reporting, asset gathering and on-site management and promotion.
- Track performance of partnerships
- Liaise with other teams to ensure partnerships are being effectively supported
Candidate requirements:
- The candidate must be creative, commercial and analytical.
- Proven track record in a similar role at a media owner / agency
- Good understanding of digital partnership business models and commercial terms
- Good at building and managing relationships - with both internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent presentation and reporting skills
