Outline of role:
- Delivering first class staffing solutions for Experiential clients
- Planning and implementing staffing campaigns with structure and substance
- Attending auditions to cast specific profiles of staff
- Liaising across a number of experiential teams daily to suggest and improve on-going live activity
- Distinguish and lead a level of quality control across all campaigns
- Develop and build on post activity feedback
- Deliver training and briefing sessions on the agency values
Likely atrributes for successful candidate:
- 2 years staffing experience within a Staffing or Experiential agency
- Team management of at least one line report
- Degree qualified or equivalent
- Previous experience working in agency etc
- Strong consumer understanding
- Experience of working in a cross functional team
- Understanding of retail channels & customers
- Strong financial awareness
- Working knowledge of understanding and developing detailed brand activity plan
