CRM Marketing Manager

A fantastic new opportunity has been created due an exciting new project that has been undertaken by this huge blue chip company who are looking for somebody to join their CRM department as a Customer Interaction Manager.

We are therefore looking for Customer Interaction and Customer Relationship specialists who are able to display a solid and progressive background with strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret large quantities of data. You will have a solid understanding of how CRM works and will have previously had exposure to a CRM or CIM department. Your responsibilities will include maintaining and developing the company's own Customer Interaction Plan, taking ownership of and managing the overall portfolio of customer leads and forecast the likely performance of all customer interactions, as well as being involved in setting sales targets and putting together a Customer Contact Plan.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and technical skills as well as great communication skills as you will be working closely with Product and Channel Managers to plan future campaigns. A track record of being able to build strong working relationships across business teams, product, channel and brand are therefore very important. You will have previously worked within a volume B2C environment, and have a thorough understanding of B2C customer campaigns and plenty of hands on CRM experience. Most importantly of course, you will have a comprehensive understanding of the importance of marketing.
