THE ROLE
Working for this nationally recognised retailer as the Website Merchandising Manager you will be responsible for the development and co-ordinated implementation of a customer-driven online merchandising strategy. Your main responsibilities as Website Merchandising Manager include:
Responsible for the development of an insight-driven merchandising strategy
Accountable for developing the online navigation, shopping journey, and onsite search
Accountable for increasing average transaction value and gross margin
Accountable for ensuring product and category content is optimised
Accountable for introducing online personalisation and defining customer targeted activity
Line management and coaching of a small team
YOU

Commercial experience in an industry leading e-commerce retail team, with merchandising responsibilities
